1. Accounts and Method of Payment

Someone famous said, “Show me the money”. We agree, so our accounts are payable by cash or credit card (we accept Union Pay, Amex, Visa, Diners, and MasterCard).

Personal cheques and foreign currency cannot be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

Any queries regarding accounts must be brought to the attention of the Front Desk

2. Check out Time

Check out time is 10h00. Should you require a late check out, please contact Reception. Kindly return your key cards to Reception on departure.

3. Help us serve you better

Guest satisfaction is our most important objective. Please complete our guest survey which will be emailed to you on departure. This will help us ensure that the hotel lives up to your expectations.

4. Hotel Reservations or Extended Stays

For any further reservations contact the hotel directly. Should you wish to extend your stay please contact Reception.

5. Inventory

Kindly inform Reception if you wish to complete an inventory form. Any damages and shortages of the inventory at the end of your stay will be charged for. Kindly take care of the furniture and appliances.

6. Luggage

Contact Reception for porterage and temporary storage of luggage.

7. Message Service

Our Reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

9. Upgrade

Please do not hesitate to enquire at reception for pricing and specials on room upgrades from standard rooms to executive rooms, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments. Try to experience them all at least once in your lifetime. We promise you won’t regret it.

10. Wake-up Call

Call Reception to register your desired wake-up call time. Let us know if you’d like the standard wake-up call, or the singing version (which may or may not give you nightmares if you fall asleep again).

11. Parking

Hotel parking is located on basement level B1 – B3. On check in you will be provided with an access key to your room that will provide you with access to the parking area.

12. Hotel and Apartment Bedrooms

Our rooms are located over 10 floors, all categories providing different features. All floors provide magnificent rooms with their own identity.
